The Fitcamps are ideal for both men and women of all ages and fitness levels, we use 'tried & tested' fun yet highly effective fat burning exercises (options for all levels) to burn the stubborn fat off and get a healthy lean body - SUPER FAST! Exercise are derived from my F.F.I.T. Systems and redeveloped traditional exercises with a fun and entertaining twist!
