I understand your frustrations and the guilt that comes with having chronic disabling illnesses. You want to lose weight, to stay mobile, to be strong again and to re-claim your life back. Having Fibro changes our lives, some more than others.  Some with Fibro will still be able to do my other plans where others like maybe yourself need more specific and understanding exercises and movement patterns with shorter duration sessions.

 

Having suffered with Fibro (chronic pain & fatigue + severe tinnitus and migraines) and Crohn's disease for over 20 years and now arthritis (back, hips & feet) I understand how hard it is to exercise or lose weight, yet also know how valuable exercise can be.

I understand how hard it can be to move or stay active, yet also how detrimental it can be having to lie or sit around all day due to pain or fatigue, and this is exactly why I designed this plan. I can no longer train as I once did or teach classes and train people.  I had to adapt my own workouts to maintain strength and mobility without increasing my pain or fatigue, even on days I can not get out of bed. This took a while and I have used these specific workouts within this plan as I have had such good results from them and really hope they can help you as much as they have helped myself.

The key I find is consistency and short duration workouts focusing on mobility and strength
