HOW DO WE LOSE WEIGHT? Eat less, simple! But then the cravings hit hard and we fall off the diet.  Everyone has lost weight, its easy, but then we put it all back on again. The cravings come or the night out comes and we fall off the wagon. When we stop eating or reduce what we eat, our body receives signals from our hormones to eat...so we have to fight against our hormones and bodies natural instinct to eat,,,which we know is very hard.  That's where the jabs come in, they stop these signals being sent out...they stop the food noises and keeps you feeling fuller for longer! 

Food is simply energy to our bodies, we put more food/energy in, we have more energy and this can be saved as body fat for later use. Eat too much then we have far too many reserves of energy/fat which can lead to obesity and other serious and life threatening conditions.

However, if we put less energy in we have less energy to put out/use. It's not as simple as less in, fat out.

Fat is a very important organ in the body and very light compared to muscle.  Our brains use 300-500 calories per day, our other major organs need energy too, and we need energy to move. So, do we stop giving our organs energy OR stop giving it to the heavy muscles? Imagine the choice was between a bag of light fat and a bag of heavy muscle - which bag would you put down to conserve energy.  Yes the heavy muscle! Eating less without the correct plan in place will make you lose WEIGHT, but that weight will be muscle rather than fat. Losing muscle and having less muscle will lead to poorer body composition and looks, poorer performance and reduce your metabolism.  The slower metabolism is one of the leading factors for regaining the weight loss once you stop the jabs!
